Niall Foster is a pragmatic coach and facilitator with worldwide experience in human capital management, business culture transformation, change management, start-ups, value based management, strategic planning and competence development based on benchmarked best practices. Through his work he has extensive experience of writing on performance improvement themes with his best seller ‘Kaizen Strategies’ series published by the Financial Times/Prentice Hall. The Institution of Engineering and Technology publish his new book on Team Leadership in 2009.

Career Background
While Niall is a consultant he also leads considerable numbers of personnel in companies where he works as an interim director. He was interim Group Training Director with Barclays Bank and interim HR Manager at Vodafone. Additional interim and non-executive board roles include Stafforce Personnel, Sterling Commerce, Henkel, SAS Institute and Sandvik Steel.

Academic qualifications include a BA in Economics and an MSc in Organisation Development. He is a visiting lecturer and consultant at London Metropolitan University, Bournemouth Business School International, the Baltic Management Institute in Vilnius, Fairplace, Capita Consulting as well as a member of the European Bank of Reconstruction & Development’s Turnaround Management and Business Advisory Services team.

Margo C. McClimans is a leadership development coach with experience building and delivering programs for executives and business students. She has coached all levels of management, from CEOs to first-time managers both in Italian and English.

Her coaching style is extremely supportive and at the same time intense. Common remarks from her clients are that she makes one feel very comfortable opening up and that her questions are thought-provoking. Her experience living and working in the US, Saudi Arabia, Switzerland, UK, Thailand and Italy have also contributed to her acute cultural sensitivity, which makes her coaching style very accessible and language very comprehensible to clients from any nationality.

Her own professional background is entrepreneurial; she founded International Stone Consultancy, a natural stone brokerage and consulting company that facilitates exportation from Italy to Europe, Middle East and North America. Previously she worked as Purchasing Manager for a stone importer in the San Francisco Bay Area. She has been in the stone business for nearly ten years and continues consulting in this field.

Margo holds a BA with honours in International Relations from Franklin College Switzerland, an MBA from the University of Kansas’ CIMBA program and is a Certified Professional Co-active Coach with training through CTI. She is also a Six Sigma Green belt, has Kepner-Tregoe project management certification, and also has expertise in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) tool. She is American born and also holds an Italian passport.
