Tracy’s initial experience includes several years in operational line manager roles, after which she has worked in a variety of senior roles within HR and particularly in the area of learning & development. Tracy’s experience lies predominantly within the retail sector, including one role which involved taking responsibility for the management resourcing & development across a region turning over annual sales in excess of £250 million. More recently, Tracy has worked with a number of clients within the Financial Services industry.

Qualifications and Training

As well as many practical years of Leadership development, Tracy is also NLP qualified. Additional qualifications and training include: Certificate in Training Practice (CIPD) and BSc Honours degree in Biochemistry.
