However, whatever the organisation, wherever the team or whomever the person, we always strive to tailor our solutions to match their particular needs.  One such case was the investment we put into working on partnership with Flybe to develop their tailored Leadership Development programme, which also included some psychometrics and executive coaching. Flybe invested in allocating about 100 supervisors, managers and senior managers to their development programme and have really started to reap the benefits.  We have used 5 different trainers with Flybe and all the feedback has been excellent. Lessons all leaders can learn…..
