Ann Pemberton is a consultant with 15 years of learning and development experience, developing individuals and groups through innovative and engaging development workshops, skills training and 1:1 coaching sessions.

Career Background

Before her consulting career, Ann worked in the HR arena in within different sectors of the Barclays Group and then at Carillion plc, a leading construction to services organisation.

Qualifications and Training

Ann is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development as well as a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management.

Accredited to Level B with the British Psychological Society she can utilise the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (Step 1 and 2), Strengths Deployment Inventory, SHL Assessment Tools and Thomas International PPA.
