Andrew Crawford is a highly experienced and capable facilitator and coach who began his consulting career with AON Consulting, having previously worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in San Francisco as a client relationship executive and before that, he was a worldwide partner with Mercer Human Resource Consulting for 15 years. At Mercer, Andrew effectively served in a number of senior sales and marketing management roles in both the UK and the US. He is an experienced business coach in a variety of sales and consulting skills programs and keeps fully abreast of new thinking and winning behaviors in building trusted advisor relationships with clients and prospects. He was also involved in the development of the Mercer Advanced Management Programme at the Cranfield School of Management in the UK.

His style is to work closely with senior people to enable them to work through real business issues and to make the best business and personal decisions on achieving their desired outcomes. Andrew Crawford has more than 25 years of experience in business development, global and strategic client account management, and sales and marketing management in the international consulting environment. He has spent most of his career working for prestigious global organizations in the U.S. and U.K.

Qualifications and Training

Andrew holds an honours degree in Physics from the University of Glasgow.
