Andrew has considerable experience of managing a variety of teams (commercial, specialist and virtual), and of managing change. He has recently developed the Learning and Development strategy for the African arm of a global financial services group. Prior to that he enjoyed several Change Management roles at regional and national levels, and his skills in and passion for the development of people has led him to facilitate in Africa, Europe and the Caribbean.

Andrew is able to advise on the strategic options for Learning and Development within an organization, enabling the client to get value for money in the training budget investment as well as ensuring a performance link to bottom line results.
His main passion is in the area of behavioural change – particularly in the contexts of executive coaching, performance improvement, organization design and management development. He works with all levels within organizations to help improve business effectiveness, is able to work with clients in a one-to-one or in group capacity, and has managed relationships with both the private and public sector.
