Anne Fanning

Anne Fanning has over 10 years experience of leadership development experience gained in a wide range of industries, including NatWest (now Royal Bank of Scotland) where she was Management Development Manager at Group Head Office and, more recently in international pharmaceutical companies, manufacturing, engineering and professional services organisations.

She is a member of the CIPD, holds first degrees in Modern Languages and in Psychology and an MSc in Occupational Psychology. Qualified to BPS Level A and Intermediate Level B in psychometric assessment, she also holds Myers Briggs Type Indicator and 16PF certification.

She has expertise in the design of competency frameworks for senior management and for graduate level, as well as for technical specialists, providing organisations with clear and workable models. She also trains and accredits in-house to ensure that the frameworks are understood and applied effectively. Additionally, she has often been called upon to review and critique existing competency frameworks and to provide revised and improved models.

Anne also designs and delivers assessment and development centres and can conduct business in Spanish and French to enable organizations to continue their management development in Europe and Latin America.
