Career Background
Prior to her consultancy role, Carol was Head of HR with Swiss Life UK and the trading division of Littlewoods Retail. In these roles she played a key part in organisational restructuring and dealing with business integration, a key element of which was the design and development of a reward strategy that would encourage motivation and support retention.Carol has also worked in an HR management role with Barclays Bank plc and Department for Work and Pensions where she was a participant on a fast track development programme and was sponsored to complete an MBA.
