Caroline had extensive experience within learning and development, specifically in the areas of Leadership Development, Competency Frameworks, Selection and Assessment, Performance Management and Personal Effectiveness. Previous assignments have supported clients such as Scottish & Newcastle, Sainsbury, Argos, HM Treasury, TGI Fridays, British Aerospace.

Qualifications and Training

Caroline is also a qualified coach specialising in Leadership, Performance, Career and Development coaching. Caroline is a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and the European Coaching Institute. She is also qualified Level A&B [SHL] Occupational Testing, specifically OPQ32 [SHL] and MBTI [OPQ]. Caroline also holds and MA in HRM and Training Development from Warwick University and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

She lives in Stratford Upon Avon and is married with two children.
