CAROLYN BROWN is a successful executive coach and facilitator with over 20 years experience in the business and commercial sector. She is highly qualified and is now a Master Practitioner in NLP communication techniques, Carolyn works closely with one to one coaching clients to assist them in clarifying their goals, aligning their values and enabling them to set strategy to maximize their desired business achievements both quickly and efficiently.

She has a background in leadership coaching and development with an ability to establish instant rapport and trust with the client and has done so with Northumbria University, Businesslink, Barclays, Barclaycard and various successful company directors.
