Clare brings over 20 years management experience to her coaching work, helping clients improve performance through a focus on their professional and personal goals. Clare believes passionately that it is by being able to focus on what we do well and applying the principals of coaching in those areas that significantly enables us to raise the bar. Clare works closely with organisations in putting together practical and robust talent management solutions.
Coaching Style
Clare’s focus is to enable individuals realise their full potential by raising self awareness, but ensuring at all times, that this focus is always aligned with their business goals. Her approach is practical, empathetic and encouraging, drawing on a range of different styles, tools and methodologies according to the situation. Clare looks to help individuals find short term wins, whilst building longer term strategies that will bring winning behavioural change.

Clare sees herself as a generalist coach and enjoys working with a range of different of client groups up to director level and across all sectors. Clare has been coaching individuals for over 10 years but became formally accredited as an executive coach in 2005.
Career Background
Clare started her career in education, combining teaching with running a department. Changing to the commercial sector, Clare spent 17 years in financial services holding senior roles in sales and marketing, during which time Clare built a reputation for delivering results both personally and through her teams. Her final role in this phase of her career was as Area Director at NPI part of the AMP group. Clare is a Board member for London HR Connections which provides a forum for both knowledge and networking for the HR community. Clare is also on the working committee providing advice to the CEO of the charity – Engineering without Borders

• ASSESS - personal development, 360 and team assessment
• Coach - Accredited by the “Association for Coaching”
