He is accredited in Behavioural Event Interviewing to industry standard, use of emotional & intellectual intelligence to maximise individual & team performance via DISC, an accredited Sales Skills Master, as well as holder of a Mortgage Advice Practitioner qualification (CeMAP) running industry backed revision programmes for the Institute of Financial Services. Craig is also Leadership & Cultural Change Programme Registered Coach using Action Learning.
