DARRELLE SMITH is a leading learning & development professional with 13 years of experience managing and delivering learning & development solutions in blue chip companies including the Lloyds TSB group, Barclays Bank and most recently, Merrill Lynch where she was Head of Learning and Development for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

She is a fellow of the IPD, has a MSc in Organizational Behaviour (Occupational Psychology) and is licensed in the use of varied psychometric instruments including MBTI, Firo B, Verax and Saville & Holdsworth.
