Dorothea Ciniglio is an experienced consultant and has worked in the area of assessment and development of Managers for more than thirteen years. She has deep expertise in Psychometric Assessment, Assessment and Development Centres, 360 degree assessment, and Executive Coaching, as well as many applications of emotional intelligence.

She is also experienced in team building workshops and organisational change initiatives and working with Senior Managers in career management programmes. Previously, Dorothea worked in sales management and training, and was also a director of a specialist recruitment agency.

Dorothea brings a high degree of expertise, qualifications and experience in the field of Development and Psychometrics. With a Masters degree in Human Resource Management, Dorothea is highly skilled and trained in a wide range of psychometric instruments; (British Psychological Society level A and B) including the California Psychological Inventory, Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Firo B, as well as a wide range of emotional intelligence measurement instruments. She has gained certification as an EQ Map Instructor from Qmetrics Inc. Chicago, Hay McBer Goleman competency approach to emotional intelligence, and trained in character dynamics. Dorothea is a certified Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic programming and a qualified NLP Coach.
