<p>Yesterday I attended an event at the offices of a major UK Bank in recognition of International Women’s day - Recognition as a Talented Individual. As a young female at the starting point of my career I’m extremely interested in this and found the session, delivered by Fraser Murray, Talent Expert at Rock the Boat, very insightful as it raised some issues around the way in which talent is identified and developed, with particular emphasis on gender element.<br />
