Gilly Freedman

Gilly graduated from the University of Newcastle with a B.A.Hons. in Philosophy in 1975. She then went on to do an M.Lit. in Language and Psychology at Edinburgh University, graduating in 1984. She has Diplomas in Systemic Management and Psychological Counselling (Roehampton University).

Gilly worked for Nomura for six years. She has worked as a consultant in career and business coaching for over thirteen years. She is qualified in Psychometrics to level A and B and is also qualified to use the Emotional Intelligence Instrument. Her clients have included the following:

• BBC
• MOD
• Audit Commission
• Barclays Bank

Gilly organises and runs five day training courses in communication and coaching skills for her clients. She has trained senior management, Human Resource departments and Occupational Psychologists among others. She has set up Career Management departments within her client companies.
