When global head of training at Barclays, my goal was to set up my own business providing exceptional service to clients and offering experts who are brilliant in their field of expertise.
I set about finding permanent and associate facilitators and coaches whose expertise we rated above all others. Today we have around 60 experts based globally who are some of the best in their field.

Fraser has some strong views on “How to increase the numbers of Women in Senior Positions”. Lincoln has a strong background of developing and facilitating experiential workshops for teambuilding programs, leadership development and communications training. During his time in Asia, he has been involved in the design and delivery of over 400 workshops and experiential programs for corporate clients.

Living in Hong Kong since 1997, MJ has built a sound reputation as an entrepreneur, corporate trainer and Executive Coach. She specializes in coaching on communication, behaviour and performance, that are reflected in success. She is able to apply her business acumen, leadership and facilitation skills, mentoring both teams and individuals at all levels in organizations. In partnering with Rock The Boat, MJ brings a wealth of generalist human resource knowledge, experience and skills spanning more than 12 years as an HR Manager for a number of organizations in various industries.
International by upbringing and based in Asia for many years, Sally has more than 2 decades’ experience in international leadership, interpersonal and team dynamics. Her work draws on her skills as a professional theatre actress, as well as an established coach and facilitator. Sally loves designing and delivering innovative, interactive development programmes, as well as her 1-to-1 and team coaching work. She has worked extensively with the legal, accountancy and financial services sectors and increasingly with petrochemicals, education, retail and media businesses. In addition to working for Rock The Boat, Sally is an active adjunct coach with London Business School, IMD Business School, the Center for Creative Leadership and Mannaz.

Steve has 16 years of corporate and independent coaching, primarily with C level executives or C level potentials. He also facilitates leadership and personal development services to individuals in a range of senior positions and to those who have recently been promoted into general management. Having lived in Asia (Hong Kong, Tokyo, Singapore) for over 25 years, Steve has extensive cross cultural experience in business management, leadership and coaching.
Executive Coaching Style
He offers a dynamic and experiential form of coaching for senior and soon-to-be senior leaders.
Clients have access to him at any time, wherever in the world they are, or he may be, and hence video conference coaching is available for those clients who need immediate access to their coach.
