Karon Hampson has over nine years experience of working in learning and development. She is a senior training professional, renowned for her challenging yet empowering style. Before moving to a focused people development role, Karon enjoyed a long and varied career within financial services. She has first hand experience of leading, motivating and developing teams, enabling them to deliver against business objectives.
Karon is currently working with both the private and public sectors and achieves results through working closely with each client to implement effective solutions which deliver against their own learning strategies.  Karon’s style is enthusiastic, lively and passionate and she has an energy which creates an environment of challenge that motivates and inspires individuals to question themselves and positively effect their own development.
