Fraser Murray
Managing Director

When global head of training at Barclays, my goal was to set up my own business providing exceptional service to clients and offering experts who are brilliant in their field of expertise.


EXPERTISE
I set about finding permanent and associate facilitators and coaches whose expertise we rated above all others. Today we have around 60 experts based globally who are some of the best in their field.

I have my parents to thank for my strong values and ethics and these are the basis for our client and associate relationships – shared values. My experience in the retail, food and beverage sectors helped me develop a strong sense of and commitment to service. The team at Rock the Boat must be prepare to go that extra mile for our clients.

Fraser

Fraser Murray (Managing Director)

Fraser’s unique combination of qualities has led to success and acclaim as a top developer of high potential talent across a range of industries and organisations. International coach, an inspirational speaker, and sought after facilitator, Fraser advises top and middle management on talent strategy, leadership, teamwork, life goals and career development.

Fraser has some strong views on “How to increase the numbers of Women in Senior Positions”. He believes that in addition to developing Women’s Networks, confidence and Skills, through speakers, coaches, and mentoring from female role models that top talent needs to directly  influence the key decision makers (mostly men) to change their behaviours and processes!

Niall Foster

Niall is a consultant and facilitator with worldwide experience in human capital management, business culture transformation, change management, value based management, strategic planning and capability development. Through his work he has extensive experience of writing on performance improvement and Team Leadership.

Areas of Specialisation

Niall help align vision, strategy people, technology, processes and culture to help clients achieve bottom line results. He diagnoses issues, designs and facilitates  lasting solutions. Niall’s approach is at the cuttingedge of development. His methodologies are based on the assumption that organisations must find ways of tapping the inventiveness of their staff and systems in line with their customers changing needs.

Richard

Richard Giles

Richard is a highly experienced leader with over 15 years experience working for a FSTE 100 organisation. He works with leaders from organisations from a wide range of industries, helping them to identify areas of strength and development, ensuring a smooth transition from effective managers to inspiring leaders.

Richard has a natural, intuitive style of coaching developed over the last 20 years. Feedback from his coachees is always positive, with particular emphasis being placed upon his incisive and reflective questioning technique, provoking self-awareness and discovery from those he is working with.  He coaches at all levels within organisations and finds people quickly engage with and trust him, allowing for very open and honest discussions to take place.

Tracy McLeod

Tracy is an experienced learning & development professional with wide ranging sector experience working with people at all levels across a variety of organisations. As well as playing a key role in running the Rock The Boat business, Tracy’s key interest is the design and facilitation of interventions that support organisations with identifying, developing and ultimately retaining their talented people.

Tracy adopts the various roles of coach, trainer and facilitator as necessary with clients and with her challenging, yet relaxed and open style, enables people to self reflect and honestly share information that supports their self development, ultimately empowering them to take ownership of reaching their goals, both at work and in their personal life.

Debbie

Debbie Golec

Debbie has an excellent track record in assisting individuals to progress their careers and develop as leaders, as well as improving performance and ensuring healthy boundaries are maintained.

Debbie is an Executive and Business coach with more than 25 years’ experience in the financial services market.  She held several senior posts within the commercial banking sector heading up and transforming large teams, through intensive coaching and mentoring.  She has an excellent track record in assisting individuals to progress their careers and develop as leaders, as well as improving performance and ensuring healthy boundaries are maintained.  She was the first female to hold the position of Managing Partner within her organisation and set a precedent for others to follow in her footsteps.

David Durkin

David is a consultant, coach and facilitator with 15 years of experience of developing individuals and groups through innovative, engaging development workshops, skills training and 1:1 coaching sessions.

David has a facilitative and supportive style. David enjoys challenging his clients to maximise performance through the development of key leadership skills and deep understanding of team dynamics. A pragmatic and logical approach helps individuals to identify their own priorities and actions to optimise their development. An expert in learning, David has a wealth of knowledge of different learning methodologies to improve performance
