MICHAEL PATTINSON has a passion that lies in the achieving of excellence in others and in driving individuals to reach the very highest levels of performance. An exceptional coach having actively coached people at all levels from senior executives to junior staff.

A part of his passion for learning and improving has led him to develop personally and most recently he completed his studies to become a Master Practitioner of NLP, A Master Practitioner of Time Line Therapy and become certified as a Master Hypnotist.

In addition to one to one coaching, Michael has many years experience in designing and delivering training events with a focus on the areas of Leadership and Management Skills. Many organisations have benefited from his Leadership and Management programs including General Electric, Hammonds, The Eaga Partnership Ltd. and Barclays.
