Rock the Boat Consulting are proud winners of a 2009 National Training Award, the UK’s most prestigious awards for training.

The recent awards ceremony in London was attended by our Director Clare Bain, who was very happy to accept the award for partnership and collaboration. This was awarded in connection with our partnership with QBE Insurance (European Operations) for whom we provide Executive Coaching as part of their people development.

The National Training Awards (NTA) identify and celebrate organisations and individuals that have achieved outstanding business and personal success through investment in training.

Organised on behalf of the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS) by UK Skills, The NTA honour those who have made an outstanding contribution and commitment to training in the workplace.

In this challenging climate, we are finding that many of our clients, like QBE, believe it is especially important to continue to invest in ways of enabling their people to perform at their best, not only to survive in the current market, but to ensure they are able to prosper as the economy picks up.

This view is supported by much of the research currently being carried out, a recent survey of which stated that organisations who invest in their people during times of recession were 2.5 times more successful than those who did not.

The National Training Awards are a way of demonstrating your investment in people and help raise the profile of your organisation.

Rock the Boat Consulting are experts in Executive Coaching & Mentoring, Talent Management: Identification, Assessment & Succession Planning, and Leadership Development.  We only offer top quality consultants who are exceptional in their field, bringing with them a long history of experience and diversity.

We look forward to partnering with many more of our clients to gain recognition through the National Training Awards.
