PHIL LOWE has thirteen years experience in training and development consultancy which, added to his experience in management in the publishing industry and as a drama specialist in secondary and further education, give him a wide perspective on client issues.
Formerly a senior consultant with PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Phil has coached individuals and groups from clients such as Adecco, Bass, Barclays, Carillion, ICI, Seagram, Unilever and Nokia, working with participants from most European countries as well as North and South America and the Far East. He has also co-authored two books on management development, Individual Excellence and Management Development Beyond the Fringe, both published by Kogan Page, and has been co-devisor and writer of seven series of The Board Game for BBC Radio 4. A trained actor, he specialises in use of creative and media techniques in course design and also holds an MSc in Organisational Behaviour from the University of London.

Phil is a people development specialist whose main areas of expertise are creative thinking, leadership effectiveness, teamworking and life-career development. He develops and delivers workshops, undertakes one-to-one coaching covering personal style and career development, facilitates team workshops and uses scriptwriting as a stimulus for exploring management issues.
He is also qualified in the use of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and the FIRO measures.
